At Amaze Threads, your satisfaction comes first. While we hope you love every item, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.
Please email support@amazethreads.com within 7 days of delivery with:
A photo of the item
Your order number
A short explanation of the issue
We’ll review your request and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns for Other Reasons
We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
To start a return, email us at support@amazethreads.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps.
Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item

Items returned without prior contact
Items sent back after 14 days without approval
Personalized or custom-made products
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will contact you. You will need to cover reshipping costs. Always double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
